Pic taken in MRT

Mummy took this pic of me when she carried me - we were both in MRT somehow mummy loves this pic

she loves my eyes and my jelly smooth complexion - hmm wonder when I am older do i still possess such *innocent* look hee hee

Baby Shaun is 4 months 4 weeks old as at today – His height is 70.5cm and weight = 7.775kg, head circumference 42cm.

Shaun is taking 5oz or less milk – depending on his mood but we are trying to increase his milk intake to 6oz – we also bought the Friso Cream Rice Cereal for him – guess its about time to let him try on other food

My mother said she will try him on pear puree to say if he likes the taste (wonder what is his reaction?) I wouldn’t want to miss any of this e.g. his first reaction to taste of other food etc

He is also getting more talkative – makes a lot of noise and he is hyper active

We are happy that he is on the road to recovery after sick for such a long time

我们的生活

我们的生活 have a great change since arrival of baby Shaun - lack of sleep is top priority! Every evening need to be go back to CCK in time - max 7.30pm to have our dinner first then Dad will drive us home - together with baby

By the time we reach home its close to 9pm - first do the laundry, wash baby bottles, boil water etc then a quick bath for baby coz its pretty late (have to do a quick one for baby Shaun)

Baby will make a mess out of it and hubby has to clear all the mess for him. Next I need to take a quick bath just in time to feed baby at 10pm - baby starting to make noise as he wants to sleep ....

When he has his milk I will pat him to sleep and hubby will take his bath - usually my hubby the last person to sleep he will wait for the laundry to hang, fold the clothes and to wash up everything - I think he goes to bed as late as 1pm (if lucky he can sleeps at midnight)

Depending on baby - at times he will sleep through the night or he will wakes up at least once in the middel of the night to have his milk (or else he couldnt go back to sleep)

Well, I couldnt wake up to tend to baby when he woke up at 4+am - I am too tired to tend to him as he made noise at 1+ - he feels hot in the middle of the night *perspiring*

Hubby tend to baby but baby didnt got back to sleep - he wants to play in the wee morning!!! We are both so tired ....did I say that my hubby also the first to wake up in the morning to prepare the breakfast, wash baby bottles etc ...

No wonder he has lost a lot of weight lately ...

Well, baby goes back to sleep at 6am - while we busy preparing to go to work! He snores ....

Every morning we book a cab to CCK (to reach mum's place at around 7.30am - she will take care of baby and Dad will give us a lift to CCK MRT - this is our daily routine ..

The Trick that Works

It is not an easy job to feed me with medicine - I will struggle, shut my mouth or spit out the medicine - Mummy got impatient with me and sure she is very angry with me ...

BUT my parents managed to get me to take the medicine - this time without me having to struggle, crying loudly - well want to know how my parents did it?

They waited for me to fall half asleep *winkz* well, I am too tired to struggle as I am really vvery sleepy -no choice but to let my parents feed me loh .....

It works for me in this manner though sound a bit weird hahahaha :)

I am SICK

I have been sick since 30 August 2007 - first time fall sick after taking my 5-1 jab :(

I have no fever but I caught a flu instead - been to see my GP for 3 times but still I didnt get well (this worries Daddy and Mummy) as my cough worsen and my phlegm got worst ..

Mummy decided to bring me to see a PD - Dr Elizabethe Khor (she is also Shannon jie jie PD) - Dr Khor is a cheerful doctor - she is also very caring towards little patients like me

She gave me a massage and this made me feel good :) but all of a sudden she used the manual pump to suck out the phlegm from my nose - guess what I got a shock! I started to cry ....

I made a lot of noise and Dr Khor gave me kiss on my forehead to *sayang* me

well I need to take 3 types of medicine - I took (Zithromax) antibotic (Dr Khor said mummy got allergies towards certain antibotic so worried I may follow mummy's footsteps so gave me Zithromax,I also need to take the ACC Syrup mixed with another pink syrup (cannot remember this coz its taste so bitter) urggh......

Ventolin is to be mixed with my milk feeds as I lost my appetite since I fall sick - I didnt drink much milk and water (this makes Mummy very worried) actually I also lost some weight

Well, I am now on my way to recovery - my running nose has stopped, and phlegm has lessen ...though I still cough a little - need to go back for my review this coming Saturday

My appetite is getting better but somehow I developed rashes on my hands, legs :(
this makes mummy worries ....

Mummy too has fallen sick after taking care of me (also down with a flu) and now my Po Po too is down with a flu - hmmmm - flu bug

just hope everyone get well FAST!!!
