Cold Weather Packing List for Shaun

Yes, I need to bring the following to keep me warm in Hokkaido:

1) wool thermal x 2 (top & bottom)
2) cotton thermal x 2 (top & bottom)
3) 1 x beanie, 1 hat, 1 scarf, mittens & gloves
4) 1 x leg warmers
5) 1 Down jacket
6) Long sleeved tee shirts
7) jeans & fleece pants (yes, some jeans come with fleece lining etc.)
8) wool socks + several pairs of cotton socks

Oh yes, I still need my milk bottles, milk bottles, pull up pants, diapers etc. etc.

Most important I must have the following:
a) Lip balm
b) Moisturizer for face & body
c) Medication (standby)


I just had my flu jab today!!!!! So is Daddy :P Mummy going to have her flu jab next week!!!!

Preparation for Hokkaido trip

I am all set for my Hokkaido trip!

Lee Min Ho's trip to Singapore on 10th October has been delayed

Lee Min Ho's trip to Singapore on 10th October has been delayed.

Lee Minho will be in Singapore two weeks later, on 24th October for a 2D1N promotional trip.

No further details were made available again but the new date will be ideal for those who couldn't find time earlier to chase him around Singapore and bad luck unfortunately for those who have already made plans earlier.

Exclusive – Lee Min Ho Coming to Singapore for Etude House Orchard ION Store Launch Celebration

Lee Min Ho will be stopping by Singapore on 10 October for his endorsed beauty brand Etude House’s celebration event. Etude House will be opening its second store in Orchard ION tomorrow. In celebration to the second store launch within 3 months time, Etude House has invited Lee Min Ho over to Singapore for its celebration event.

Lee Min Ho will also have a fans meeting session in Singapore. He will be staying in Singapore for 2 days 1 night. And his schedule is expected to be very tight. More details will be revealed at a later date.

Zoo

We went to the zoo last weekend. It is the first time for Shaun to get close and personal with the animals.



One of his favourite animal - the elephant. He was very excited whenever he saw one.



New boat ride in the zoo. We were anticipating an interesting trip by boat. Much to great disappointment, we didnt see anything throughout the journey except listened to the captain's boring presentation.



This is one of the new facilities that the Zoo management has introduced. KidzWorld! Shaun did not get to play as he was sleeping..heeheee....maybe next time. However, there's BEN & JERRY!!! We savoured every moment of it..heeheee...

We did not explore much and we hope to come back again when Shaun is bigger.

Crazy over 꽃보다 男子

10 years ago, you have heard about people going for 3-4 times or even 10 times for the movie, Titanic. I was among those who do not understand why these people view the movie again and again? Weren't they crazy?

Today I understand. Why? Because my wife and I view 꽃보다 男子 (Boys over Flower) more that 10 times! It is insane!

The korean drama is so romantic and touching that even me (男人流血不流泪）also get emotional and starts to shed tears over several scenes. Call me sissy or whatever, I dont care. =)
I even have a compilation of the OST in my car audio player! Let me know if you want a copy.

I, not a Fan of Taiwan version F4, now mesmerized by the story.

Cruise 的感想

在这个短短的三天，we have put aside all worries and unhappiness to enjoy ourselves. There are good live performances (miss the "Dracula" (R21), ha!), lots of unlimited food "supply" (not very nice though), movies (though did not catch one and of cos Casino! (How can we miss that!).
我有小赌，花了＄10，赢了＄76， 运气还算不错！

The accomodation is good. No complains except that why our bed is not QUEEN Size!!! Remember to choose balcony suite. You will not regret!

So, if you are thinking of quick getaway, try going for a cruise.

This trip was a break and mark of a new beginning for me and my family. I hope my life will turn for a better after gloomy days.....

This is Shaun here! I am a big boy now!

At 25 months I have grown much taller and bigger when I was in infant:)

I had 2 wonderful birthday celebrations in April. Daddy can you please help to upload my pics please ................

Daddy has also signed me up for 2 contests - not sure what this is ...

We are going for a short cruise - not sure mummy going to let me to play with water? She is still wondering whether she should get me a swimming suit hahaha! .....

My 2nd Birthday

I am going to be 2 years old! I am a big boy - no longer a baby but still a baby to my parents, grandparents, jiejie, aunties and uncles :P

For the past year, I have learned quite a bit of stuff. I can walk, I can sit, I can run and I can imitate what others doing :P

I love to dance too - I still enjoy my Barney shows, and lately I likes Elmo!! Mickey is still one of my favorites cartoon character - I am also into Mechanical Animals and the Happy Monster Band! They are great cartoons and great music :P

My favorite toys include colorful balls; vehicles e.g. car, truck, fire engine, I also have a kitchen set which I enjoy cooking; boys also need to learn to cook too! Hee hee ....

Daddy has been a great help! He gave a thorough cleaning on my ABC alphabet mat - well this mat once a upon a time belonged to my Shannon jiejie (imagine it is 14 years old as old as my jiejie) hee hee...

Now I have a playroom - colorful playmat not one but 2 - colorful pictures on the wall (mummy also getting me a 'choo choo' train stickers) heard that it can be pasted onto the walls - hurray!!

Overheard my parents conversation that they are also going to get me the kiddie table and chairs over the weekend @ IKEA

Think I am going to have a mini corner to do my own writing, painting? Aunty Jasline said it is good to introduce me into the 'World of Arts' hee hee

Well, I am going to celebrate my 2nd birthday this coming weekend! Will keep everyone posted of the latest news!!!!!!

Sembawang Park

So you have been to East Coast Park, Changi Park, Pasir Ris Park...ever heard of Sembawang Park?

I went there few weeks ago with my family. Although it is not as beautiful as East Coast Park, but it is a relaxing place with strong sea breeze and that maybe that is why it attracts a lot of people to pitch their tents for picnic during weekends.

If you feel lucky, you can try fishing. I have learned one trick to catch crabs...use fishes as baits..*now you know*
